The 3 levels
Level 1 · Basic
Core digital skills: computer use, web browsing, email, and basic office software.
15 h preparation
Level 2 · Intermediate
Intermediate office software, cloud collaboration, advanced file management, basic multimedia editing.
20 h preparation
Level 3 · Advanced
Databases, elementary programming, cybersecurity, working with complex systems.
25 h preparation
What does preparation include?
- Face-to-face preparation sessions tailored to each level
- Official materials and sample exams
- Registration for the official exam (Generalitat fee)
- Full mock exam before the real thing
